• 做基金其实跟创业一样，清楚的定位很要紧。在ONES Ventures，我们想做些不一样的事情，无论是外部定位还是内部流程。 当然不是为了不一样而刻意追求与众不同。我们相信人类的未来是由那些“cool kids”，而不是既得利益者来推动的。大多数基金，哪怕是所谓90后基金，最终的决策权其实也是握在一群60-70后手里。这些人可能以前创过业，但是现在八成是全职的投资人。这个基金，我们想找创业中的年轻人来参与，我们算是创始合伙人，也是其中几个“创业中的年轻人”。既然早期项目主要是看人，那我觉得同龄的创业者之间更能互相理解和认可。我想做一个真正由年轻人投年轻人，年轻人做主的基金。 所以，我们主要投早期、创始人富有人格魅力、事情本身很酷，而且居然还有可能会快速成长的项目。这样的项目当然比较难找，有时候情况甚至会很困难，但是我们有耐心和信心。虽然现在做早期投资肯定绕不开互联网，但是我们不希望自己的眼光仅仅局限于TMT。Y Combinator投的很多都不是互联网项目，有的甚至是社会型企业，但是都非常酷。什么是酷？理想主义、责任感、趣味性、好奇心，最重要的是想象力。我们在基金里面是微生物级别，但是我们想把它做成一粒很酷的微生物。 除此之外，我们希望创业项目有对人的洞察和对美的追求。所以我们与优秀的创意机构紧密合作，为所投的项目提供从视觉识别到品牌定位的各项设计服务。 帮有意思的人做有意思的事，也算不负宝贵的时间。
